<aside> 🎨 I lead global IT application governance at Las Vegas Sands, across Las Vegas, Macau and Singapore. Before that, nineteen years in regulated financial services as a lead business systems analyst and product owner: BNY Mellon, PNC, Temenos, LPL Financial.

Systems thinking is the through-line. I map how applications, data, processes, controls and people affect one another, then turn ambiguity into requirements, decision models, operating workflows and roadmaps. Conceptual and logical data models, data lineage across Python, Informatica and Snowflake, governance frameworks, SOX-compliant control documentation. I led an 8 to 13 person team migrating a legacy Oracle compensation platform to AWS and Snowflake.

Outside the day job I design and govern workflows for AI-assisted work. Thirteen public repositories and two products: agent control gates with audit logging (agent-armor), agent lifecycle loops with evaluation and rollback (skill-loop), programmatic workflow modelling (JSON2Lucid), and a knowledge-graph consistency engine shipping commercially (CritForge). Deciding where a human stays in the loop is a governance decision. I build the workflow as well as specify it.

Based in Austin, powered by coffee, cheese and good books. Five thousand records and a concert most months. I write for and help maintain Brainwashed, covering independent music. Seven cats, plus two who have not formally committed.
